We collect only the text you submit for verification and basic usage analytics such as request counts, timestamps, and error rates needed to operate the Service.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use submissions to train AI models.
• We do not share verification logs with third parties.

Financial claims are checked against the public SEC EDGAR database. Citations are checked against Semantic Scholar and CrossRef. Only the specific claim being verified is sent to these sources — never your surrounding context or private business data.

Verification results (the claim, the verdict, confidence, and source) are stored so you can review them in your dashboard and so we can improve the Service.

Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Contact us for details on data residency, retention windows, and access controls.
